Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy is a sixteen year old American who was born in Miami Florida. Her mother is English one-half Spanish. Her parents were Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. The father of her was Argentine with Scottish as well as English roots. Her mother is of Spanish and English roots. Taylor-Joy is the youngest of five children from her father's prior marriage. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned six, when the family moved into Victoria at the time of London. Taylor-Joy stated the relocation was painful, and she refused to pursue a degree in English in the hope of be able to return to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was ordered to move schools. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London and took ballet classes and took part in the drama department. After she turned 16, she dropped out of school to take on a full-time job in acting. Taylor-Joy was destined to be an actress from a very young age. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modelling job.
