Meagan Good was born Panorama City, Los Angeles on the 8th August of 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle was her manager when she was in her teens. She was raised with her three siblings at home in Canyon Country in California and started acting at when she was just four years old. Early in her career, she performed as an extra on shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13 she appeared in her first feature film"Friday. Good started small-film and television roles for several years, before transitioning into role that were more mature in the early 2000s. Additionally, she got small part on the show from 1998 to 2001. She also landed minor roles in the films House Party: Down to the last minute as well as 3 Strikes. She played Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. She also starred in D.E.B.S A comedy action movie which brought her nominations for Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. Following this, she appeared in numerous films, including You GotServed The Cookout Venom One missed call Waist deep and The Love Guru. While in both T.V. and in films she portrayed the character of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends.
